Ilya Kondratiev,

Born in 1964 in Moscow. Graduated from the Faculty of History and Philosophy of the Institute of Asian and African Countries at the Moscow State University.

1988-1990 – employed as a specialist with the knowledge of Arabic in People's Democratic Republic of Yemen.

Upon returning to Moscow in 1991 founded the FELIX Company, which has become the largest manufacturer and supplier of office furniture in Russia under his leadership. In 2000 Ilya Kondratyev was awarded the title of "The Best Businessman of the Decade". He believes that an indispensable condition of success is to do something you are interested in, and to do your best in it.

Anton Terentiev,

He was born in 1970 in a Irkutsk. He graduated from the Irkutsk polytechnic institute in 1992, as an engineer. In 1998 he moved to Moscow. He worked in a trading-product company, specializing on sales the import furniture. He passed the way from a manager up to a commercial director. He began to work in "Felix" in 2001. He was engaged in the development of dealer and franchisee networks in the Russian Federation. He is sure that only high professionalism at the maximal responsibility can provide necessary result.

Gorshkova Irina,

She was born in 1978 in Tashkent. In 1999 she graduated from the Moscow State Mountain University, her specialty was the organization and management in mining industry , management and projects management. She began to work in "Felix" in 2003 as a support projects manager." Owing to different situations arising at working process the decision of which demands an independent way of thinking and an individual approach, I have received invaluable experience. I hope, that the knowledge received by me will allow to bring a profound contribution to the development of export division of the Company ".
