The Felix Company includes 2 plants producing office, hotel and home furniture (in Moscow and Podolsk), the furniture production according to individual projects, as well as the wood-processing industrial complex in the Zharkovsky District of the Twer Region.

Materials

To manufacture its own collections, the Company uses high quality and ecologically safe materials such as laminated WCB, MDF, scale wood, and PVC film that guarantee furniture a long life. The Company buys extra-class frosted polished glass, fittings and reliable constituent elements (including melamine and PVC rim films to veneer furniture edges) from well-known producers of Germany and Italy.

Our supplier of the WSP is "Karelia DSP" - one of the leading manufacturers of furniture materials in the Russian market. This enterprise is completed by the modern German equipment, in manufacture qualitative materials from Germany, Italy, Poland are used only. 90 % of production let out by the enterprise - a high-quality plate of the first grade (WSP- class of issue E-1, riveted on a modern lamination line Dieffenbacher with melamine produced by the leading world manufacturers: "WKP", "Schattdecor", "Confalonieri"). The modern wood-processing equipment installed at the Company's plants was partially developed and manufactured specially for the Felix company by leading world suppliers - the BIESSE-S.p.A. Concern (Italy) and the IMA firm (Germany), which is unique for Russia in terms of a number of parameters.

The Felix company became one of the first Russian office furniture manufacturers that successfully implemented the "post forming" hot pressing technology that allows details to be made without joints and seams on their facial surfaces, which considerably improves the aesthetics of products.
